The Contract Labor Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the temporary labor workforce on site at Ritedose and to act as a liaison between the temporary employees, the Packaging Team Leads and the Staffing Agency in regards to scheduling and production changes.
Responsibilities:
Work with the Plant Leadership team regarding temporary staffing needs for each shift
Communicate shift needs to the Staffing Agency and prepare the schedule based on temporary associates confirmed by the Agency
Provide Staffing Agency with all documentation in regards to the temporary associates attendance such as Doctors excuses, Jury duty summons, transportation issues documentation, etc.
Report all shift activity to the Staffing Agency and the Packaging Team Leads such as tardies, call outs, no call no shows, performance issues, and behavioral concerns on a daily basis
Monitor time clock before shift to take roll call and report to plant leadership
Assist Human Resources with preparation for Temporary Orientations
Consistently walk the production floor and complete shift reports in regards to temporary labor activities
Communicate any changes to the schedule that come from the plant leadership team to the temporary employees
Monitor the temporary workforce during shift to ensure Ritedose conduct standards are met
Notify Packaging Team Lead when relevant situations arise that require additional support such as employee relation issues, safety, etc.
Complies with all applicable Ritedose SOPs and cGMP guidelines
