, your responsibilities will be:


The Senior Recruiter role will provide strategic recruiting support and consultation to specific service lines.
This position will drive strategic recruitment and sourcing of high volume and / or niche positions. In this role you will be a key recruiting talent partner for the business, interface with the business and key stakeholders to deliver qualified talent to fill critical business vacancies.

WHAT IS EXPECTED (Essential Job Functions)-

  • This position will interface and provide recruiting support and consultation to hiring groups as a full life cycle Recruiter and Talent Advisor.
  • As a full cycle recruiter you will be responsible for requisition management, hiring manager intake/SLA, pipeline development, pre-screen and phone screen, scheduling interviews, managing hiring manager applicant debrief sessions, extending offers and dispositioning all applicants.
  • This position will drive specialized recruitment programs to address unique needs and spikes in hiring volumes and slate / pipeline development
  • Develop passive candidate pipelines through name generation, networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research.
  • Effectively build talent communities through various channels; Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram)
  • Proactively research and evaluate new sourcing and research ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Develop influential relationships with the client groups, ensuring that recruitment is integrated into the business unit. Ensuring there is a strong understanding of their business needs and fill their open position in a timely manner
  • Drive operational excellence and compliance and set high recruitment standards.
  • Propose diversity strategies to attract a diverse workforce to the organization
  • Serves as a mentor to Recruiters and Coordinators, providing training/coaching in both formal and informal settings

  • Top Skills: Nursing/Radiology recruiting exp required, 2 years of recruiting exp, exp w/ Taleo is highly preferred.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $35-45 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
