Our recruiting firm is partnering with a restaurant and hotel operating company, to find them a Remote Part-time bookkeeper to support their organization. Although this is a remote role, candidates must live in Florida for tax purposes. (South Florida is preferred)
The ideal salary for this position is between $45k-$50k. Candidates will work 10-30 hours per week, but be paid as a salaried employee. The schedule is very flexible based on the structure of the position. Job Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping for restaurants, hotels, and two corporate stores
Reconciling statements and financials received by each restaurant and hotel
Coordination with outside CPA firm
Reporting to equity partners on Excel
Confirming and recording royalties
Credit card reconciliations (8) and expense reports
Bank reconciliations (10 accounts)
Must Have Qualifications:
3+ years of Accounting experience
Prior experience working in a remote position
Recent experience with Sage ERP
Excel skills
