Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Delivery
Lead analysis, design, and implementation of IT solutions
Ensure solutions meet business needs, user experience, and operational performance requirements
Facilitate delivery meetings and provide necessary documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate architecture, security, and compliance aspects
Relationship Management
Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and opportunities
Represent business interests in strategic planning and investment prioritization
Establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with internal and external partners
Provide coaching and mentorship to less experienced team members
Technical Leadership
Provide technical guidance and expertise throughout the solution lifecycle
Conduct peer reviews and approve system changes and technical designs
Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies
Contribute to strategic roadmaps and identify technical dependencies
Operations and Performance Management
Ensure solutions are designed for stable operation
Monitor and assess system health, driving actions to prevent service disruptions
Provide escalated support for incident and problem management
Utilize analytics to improve availability, reliability, efficiency, and capacity
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of IT architecture, infrastructure, network, and security principles
Proficiency in system analysis, design, and implementation methodologies
Experience with both Agile project management approaches
Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT Service Management functions
Demonstrated ability to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements
Experience in process improvement and optimization

Knowledge of Microsoft Purview Data Lifecycle Management and Microsoft Purview Records Management features: Understanding of Records Management: You should be able to label items as a record, create and configure retention labels, and manage retention requirements with a file plan.
Creating and Applying Sensitivity Labels and Policies: You should be able to secure various content types and learn Data Loss Prevention strategies, including policy deployment and alert management.
Retention and Deletion Settings: You should be able to configure retention labels with the retention periods and actions based on various factors that include the date last modified or created.
Disposition Reviews: You should be able to review and validate disposition with disposition reviews and proof of records deletion.
