The Department of Medicine, Cardiovascular Division is searching for a Post Doctoral Associate, Computational Simulations Engineer to work in the Center for Digital Cardiovascular Innovations. The focus of the position will be to design and conduct highly specialized and advanced simulations (FEA, CFD), including coronary artery stents, and structural heart interventions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
MD or Ph.D. in relevant field
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Computational Simulation Engineer preferred
Excellent knowledge of computer science, solid mechanics, FEA, CFD, or equivalent field.
Proficiency in one or multiple finite element analysis software (e.g., ABAQUS, LS-Dyna, ANSYS), and in computational fluid dynamic software (e.g., Fluent, CFX).
Fluent in English speaking and good at writing.
Strong communication and cooperation in a scientific team.
