Our client, a national law firm, is seeking a direct hire Administrative & Operations Coordinator to support the busy practice groups in their Washington, DC office!
Responsibilities:
Coordinate scheduling and logistics for meetings, conferences, and off-site retreats and outings.
Develop processes and track items to ensure attorney and staff compliance.
Collaborate across departments to project coordinate marketing, budgeting, and operations initiatives.
Develop firm-wide relationships and communicate frequently on updated policies and procedures.
Provide general administrative and operational practice group support on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative experience are required; prior law firm experience is a plus!
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, graphics, and computer/software skills required.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Must be proactive with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation/Benefits:
Salary of $65K-$75K, DOE.
On-site 5 days per week.
Metro accessible office in Washington, DC.
