About the Job:
Schedule meetings and conferences, support calendaring, and coordinate travel.
Review marketing materials, ensure brand consistency, and coordinate the completion of property information packages.
Assist with special administrative projects, RFPs, and graphics updates for client meetings and presentations.
Other relevant administrative tasks as required.
About You:
A bachelor's degree is required.
2+ years of experience in hospitality experience are required.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required; InDesign experience is a plus!
About the Position:
$22/hr-$24/hr, while temporary.
$52K-$58K, when permanent.
100% on-site from 8am-6pm.
Metro accessible office located in Washington, DC.
