The Customer Service Representative for Radiometer is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by way of processing orders in a timely manner for our customers.



This position is part of the Customer Service team located in
Brea, CA
and will be on a weekly
Onsite
work schedule that consists of
five days in office

You will be a part of the Customer Service team and report to the Customer Service Manager responsible for overall customer satisfaction and leading the department. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:



  • Answer phones in a timely and efficient manner in a call volume support setting.

  • Process customer orders via phone, standing orders, field service orders, and replacement orders, fax orders, electronic data interchange (EDI).

  • Knowledgeable on our products and special projects as deemed vital by the manager and maintain a level of accuracy and efficiency both as a department and individually.





The essential requirements of the job include:



  • High school diploma/GED

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service including order entry, follow-up with customers, and working in an office environment





It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:



  • 2+ years' customer facing work experience

  • Strong time management with a sense of urgency

  • Medical Device industry experience



The hourly range for this role is $22.00/hour-$24.00/hour. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.



This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
