What you'll do:
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and manage various strategies and coordinate with program managers to monitor supply chain activities and resolve availability issues
Lead the demand planning process using IBP demand module to generate and review product-level forecasts
Facilitate demand review meetings with leadership to achieve consensus and align on forecasts
Develop, implement, and track key performance indicators, presenting results monthly at the executive level
Identify and address forecast improvement opportunities in collaboration with team members for both short-term and long-term forecasts
Review sales trends and adjusted forecast bias within IBP to improve accuracy.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies, including market trend analysis and efficiency improvements
Prepare and analyze reports on planning activity metrics, recommending improvements and collaborating with material managers for accurate forecasting
Maintain optimal inventory levels, manage safety stock, and ensure compliance with budget and project standards
Coach and provide guidance to team members, setting clear expectations and solicit feedback
Manage workflow for projects, including new product rollouts and production order monitoring, while addressing availability issues and maintaining performance within budget constraints
What you have:
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
8-10 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
3-5 years of management experience
