Kforce has a client in Yulee, FL that is seeking a Marketing Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop, implement, and manage social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring alignment with brand goals and audience engagement.
Campaign Execution & Optimization: Design and execute engaging social media campaigns, analyze their effectiveness, and continuously optimize strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions
Content Creation & Curation: Collaborate with the content team to create relevant, compelling, and on-brand content for various social media channels; Oversee content calendars and ensure timely posting
Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Use marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to monitor and report on campaign performance; Provide actionable insights on how to improve future campaigns
Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track ROI and assess the success of marketing initiatives; Present findings to key stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations for improvement
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed marketing reports, case studies, and performance summaries; Document processes and best practices to ensure continuity and alignment across the marketing department
Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and sales, to ensure marketing initiatives are cohesive and support company objectives
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and emerging marketing technologies; Adapt strategies to leverage new opportunities for engagement
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Certifications in Google Analytics, HubSpot Social Media, or similar marketing courses are a plus
5+ years of professional experience in marketing, with a focus on social media marketing, analytics, and documentation
Social Media Expertise: Proven experience managing social media platforms, with a deep understanding of social media best practices, trends, and algorithms
Marketing Analytics Tools: Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Facebook Insights, or similar platforms to track and analyze campaign performance
Content Creation: Strong writing and editing skills, with experience in creating engaging content for diverse audiences across multiple platforms
Documentation Skills: Ability to document processes, create comprehensive reports, and communicate insights clearly and effectively
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with experience using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools for content creation
Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
