Job Description:

The Client Concierge will fulfill a critical, client-facing role and facilitate the smooth operation of a fast-paced-and friendly-financial advisory firm. This position is an employee of an independent advisor franchisee with a financial advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial.

The Client Concierge supports the many different tasks for which the practice is responsible and ties directly to the overall business plan of the practice. The Client Concierge is responsible for providing a positive first impression for all clients. This position will have responsibilities in client service, marketing, and practice/business management. The Client Concierge will assist in daily business operations which includes coordinating the office calendar as well as being the primary individual to answer and redirect incoming calls. This role is also tasked with administrative duties, such as client mailings, data management, and marketing activities. The position requires proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with Salesforce is a plus, but not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet and extend hospitality to clients upon arrival.


  • Support calendar management for multiple advisors.


  • Provide client support services in a timely and accurate manner.


  • Document clients contact and phone calls.


  • Maintain client gifting program.


  • Performs a wide range of administrative duties and operational support activities.


  • Prepare reports by performing information gathering and analysis as directed.


  • Sort, review, log and distribute incoming/outgoing mail.


  • Coordinates the preparation and follow-up for marketing activities.


  • Maintain Social Media Presence.


  • Responsible for opening and closing the office.

  • Consistent, professional dress and manner.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.


Schedule:

  • Onsite, Monday through Thursday, 8:30am to 5pm and Friday, 8:30am - 4pm.
