Sr. Analyst MAPR / CoTR

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for managing all aspects of the Monthly Army Performance Review (MAPR) process in support of the Army staff.
  • Collects execution data for processing of MAPR and Cost of Training Readiness (CoTR)
  • Coordinates with ACOMs regarding questionable data provided to Army databases.
  • Developer of MAPR Full Spectrum Training Mile (FSTM) execution model.
  • Develops and maintains FSTM model algorithms in conjunction with G3 OPTEMPO business rules.
  • Assist the G3 OPTEMPO Manager in developing annual OPTEMPO Management Instructions.
  • Develops and provides reports as required for the G-3/5/7.
  • Assist with the CoTR data sets and reports in TRMIS.
  • Conduct training and briefings to the client on MAPR and CoTR.
  • Provide back-up support to the ATM Team as needed.

Education and Experience:

  • BA/BS required. Business/Finance and/or Management related field preferred.
  • Army required. Army Training, Logistics and/or Budget/Finance background preferred.
  • Active SECRET Security clearance required.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Must be a self starter.
  • Excellent written, verbal, visual/presentation and interpersonal communications skills.
  • Ability to consistently make good decisions through a combination of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment.
  • Understanding of Army Training, Structure and Equipment
  • Able to work with people of various backgrounds at all levels
  • Experience and proficiency with MS Office programs and database programs. High level proficiency in Excel and Access preferred.
  • Have an understanding of Power Bi, Tableau, and cProbe
