The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) provides strategic and operational human resource (HR) support expertise to support across the division/department. This role will address employee concerns, provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, and support managers in talent management, employee relations, and performance management. The HRBP will also collaborate on HR initiatives, support recruitment processes, and drive employee engagement and development.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Provide advice and support on talent management, including workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and performance management.
Support managers in employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the HR team to implement HR programs and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and talent development programs.
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Conduct interviews, screen candidates, and participate in the selection process to ensure the hiring of qualified candidates who fit the ANDRITZ culture.
Participate in career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote our ANDRITZ brand and attract top talent.
Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new employees are integrated smoothly into the organization and have the necessary resources to succeed.
Identify training needs within the organization and develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Drive the #APerformance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms, and provide guidance to managers as needed.
Utilize HR metrics and analytics to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Adhere to and apply HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Serve as a champion for the #1ANDRITZway culture and values and promote a positive work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in human resources.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Upholding high ethical standards and integrity in all HR practices and decisions.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed; estimated 5-15%
