As part of our ongoing growth and expansion, We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Technician to provide technical support to our office staff, government affiliates, and the fishing community who use our electronic reporting App. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience with IT software and hardware, and knowledge of the technical environment listed below.
Responsibilities
Provide IT software and hardware setup and support to 250 office staff.
Receive, configure, and distribute IT equipment.
Image new laptops and create new configurations for new models.
Conduct laptop break/fix support.
Provide database connection and support to government affiliates.
Installation of SQL Developer and some knowledge of setting up data connections within SQL dev. Changing Oracle passwords.
Provide web and mobile application support to the fishing community.
Provide multimedia and LAN support for meeting rooms and conference centers.
Perform email administration.
Create clear and concise documentation.
Accurately record all equipment transactions in the ticketing system.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot various software applications.
Work with a team to resolve complex technical issues.

Windows 10, Mac OS and iOS
Windows Active Directory
iSupport and JIRA ticketing systems
Trellix threat prevention and encryption
Bomgar remote support tool
Dell laptops and desktops
Client, Canon and Client printers
Google Workspace
Video meeting support, including Google Meets and WebEx
