Job Description:

ERM is hiring a Manager, Talent Acquisition Enablement & Sourcing (Temporary) to support recruiting activities and operations for a dynamic and high-performance consulting organization with over 60 offices across the world.

In this role, you will play a crucial part within our organization, dedicated to optimizing talent acquisition processes and sourcing strategies. Your strengths lie in streamlining workflows, utilizing data-driven insights, and executing recruitment activities flawlessly. As the driving force behind our efficient hiring practices, you will embody a unique blend of operational expertise and recruiting acumen.

You will oversee recruitment enablement and sourcing, collaborating with the Talent Acquisition leadership team to identify gaps and develop solutions. Your leadership will be instrumental in elevating our talent acquisition efforts to the highest standards of excellence. You will engage and partner with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to create and implement innovative, scalable solutions aligned with our strategic vision. You thrive in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment. You have a proven track record of being a trusted advisor to the business and the talent acquisition team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Sourcing


  • Coach and mentor the talent acquisition and sourcing team as they partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop creative strategies for engaging and nurturing talent at the top of the funnel.

  • Partner with business and recruiting managers to create and implement a comprehensive sourcing and pipelining strategy, closely tied to our North America expansion strategy.

  • Create and curate fit-for-purpose talent pools for key North America audiences with differentiated needs (eg sustainability, remediation, environmental engineering).

  • Build out our talent insights and talent mapping strategy to support our sourcing efforts, targeting specific geographies, companies, skill sets, and underrepresented talent.

  • Relentlessly evolve and implement sourcing best practices and foster operational excellence across the team.

  • Personally, curate and run talent pipelines for critical, high visibility roles across the organization.

  • Partner closely with our RPO vendors, driving adoption, adherence and delivery.

Enablement


  • Enhance recruiting productivity through automation, process improvement, and optimization that drive efficiency on all recruitment platform and tools.

  • Collaborate with internal ERM teams, particularly Marketing, on key projects (social media, jobs site, career events, PR, internal communications) to ensure consistency in messaging and approach.

  • Monitor our brand presence across key talent-facing channels (jobs site, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.) ensuring a connected approach across all candidate touchpoints from awareness to interested to application.

  • Advocate for the right tools and technology based on data-driven decisions to improve team productivity and ensure adoption.

  • Provide formal and informal training and coaching to recruiting teams on recruiting and sourcing best practices and emerging trends.

  • Partner closely with our HR Ops teams for seamless systems integration, create documentation and training for the Talent Acquisition team.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience recruiting for professional services/consulting with a focus and understanding of environmental and sustainability industries, engineering or other technical disciplines highly preferred.

  • 4+ years of team management experience, Recruiting Ops/Enablement in a high-growth dynamic environment.

  • Experience in using data and metrics to shape the team’s overall sourcing strategy, developing strong talent pipelines, and building trust with business groups.

  • Expert knowledge of various sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, advanced internet search techniques, social media and AI tools.

  • Experience in managing operational projects, analyzing data for team efficiency, and implementing process improvements.

  • Program management skills: Developing a program plan, timeline, budget, influencing and gaining buy-in from all stakeholders.

  • Experience using recruiting analytics data to influence strategy, with a track record of influencing and interfacing with executive team members.

  • Proven experience coaching and training while managing a desk of open and pipeline searches; ability to thrive on accountability for individual and team performance.

  • Experience with comprehensive Applicant Tracking Systems and/or Recruiting CRM systems (WorkDay) and the reporting of KPI measures and metrics, with excellent attention to detail.

  • Excellent organization, time management, verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality and good professional judgement.

For the Manager, Talent Acquisition Enablement & Sourcing (Manager Level) position, we anticipate the annual base pay of $86,000 to $111,000 (USD).  An employee’s pay position within this range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.  We also may have instances where compensation may be outside of the range, based on the factors noted above.  This job is also eligible for an annual discretionary based performance bonus.
