About Martin/Martin
Martin/Martin, Inc. is a full-service civil and structural consulting engineering firm, headquartered in the Denver area, built on experience and industry leadership cultivated since the 1940s. Our engineered solutions are developed through a culture of integrity, service, creativity, and quality for the benefit of our clients and the community. Our structural engineers develop customized structural systems to meet design requirements for new facilities and expansions. Our civil teams focus on site and infrastructure design including traffic/transportation, parking, street layout/lighting, water and wastewater utilities, stormwater drainage, circulation, paving, surveying, security issues, and other site considerations. Our investigative engineers can provide support for existing projects, both buildings and sites, to design and implement repairs, renovations, or improvements. With nine office locations and a staff of more than 300, Martin/Martin engineers regularly perform work throughout Colorado, across the United States, and internationally.
A typical work week can include BIM 3D model development, project setup and drafting of 2D details of varying complexity while working directly with a team of engineers. We operate in a dynamic environment and strive to support a collaborative, innovative, and creative culture. We encourage an environment of continuous learning through in-house training, including a one-week onboarding Revit training course outlining Martin/Martin drafting standards, 3D Modeling practices, and continuing education opportunities. We strive to develop our staff both technically and professionally through our mentoring programs. Additionally, each project presents unique challenges and opportunities to learn and grow as a technician. The successful candidate will develop expertise in a broad range of BIM skills, demonstrate a willingness to learn, work as part of a team, and produce high-quality designs for our clients.
