Compensation Range
Annual Salary: $69,500.00 - $105,000.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to work with business partners across multiple functions to collect, analyze, design and document business requirements for projects of moderate to high complexity.
Essential Functions
Collect, analyze, design and document business and functional requirements of moderate to high complexity in an Agile environment
Formulate and define systems modifications and enhancements based on both user needs and broad knowledge/understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements
Manage application testing; develop test plans, test scripts and complete acceptance testing for projects of varying degrees of complexity and system upgrades
Coordinate communication on application issues between internal customers and external vendors/IT partners as part of the project implementation
Create and manage implementation plan for production roll out of new products or processes
Develop, document and enhance system processes, as appropriate
Create and update training and administration documentation
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge Skills & Abilities Required
Intermediate knowledge of the software development life cycle preferred
Intermediate knowledge of wealth management or banking systems preferred
Strong customer-service and relationship building skills
Excellent presentation skills
Effective ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
Ability to communicate in user-friendly language to both technical and non-technical end-users
Approximately 5% travel is required
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience required
4+ years experience in a business analyst or similar role required
Experience with software testing required
Experience with Agile methodology preferred
