The Senior Technical Implementation Analyst is responsible for delivering technical solutions utilizing both programming skills and subject matter expertise. The Senior Technical Implementation Analyst will focus onassigned products for customer (both internal and external) implementations and change requests. This role will consult with stakeholders on delivery of simple to complex solutions by bringing forward best practices to ensure that solution delivery is line with our strategic and quality goals.


The role will function as a subject matter expert (SME) for assigned product offerings that Implementation supports and will serve as a lead between other internal functional teams to coordinate technical aspects of affiliated product release. The role will also be responsible for intake of all project requests and will provide high level sizing, as well as oversee assignment of affiliated work to peers and participate in capacity planning.


The individual in this role will interface with internal team members on technical requirements, including configuration of platforms, supporting API integrations, website design, and oversight of support tickets.


This position supports customer requested projects.



Key Responsibilities:




Configuration & Support:



  • Configure, implement, and support complex software/hardware with minimal direction.

  • Involvement in configuration, testing, troubleshooting, automating, demoing, documentation, design, project management, and training.

  • Influence cross-functional teams to develop optimal solutions for clients' business needs.




Documentation & Testing:



  • Create and maintain internal/external requirement documentation, configurations, and implementation processes.

  • Direct and document various testing phases (User Acceptance, integration, stress, quality) and secure approvals from business partners.




Process Improvement & Implementation:



  • Lead internal process/productivity improvements and secure stakeholder buy-in.

  • Leverage expert knowledge to configure and implement current state functionality and new solutions/enhancements.

  • Resolve complex customer issues, provide go-live/post go-live support, and ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.




Stakeholder Interaction:



  • Provide project/program updates to management and resolve escalations.

  • Recommend product/process/service changes and explain the rationale.

  • Oversee review sessions with product teams for customer requests.

  • Maintain continuous engagement and knowledge of affiliated platforms, including high-level sizing, design, and development.




Additional Responsibilities:



  • Participate in intake processes, capacity planning, and perform complex SQL queries.

  • Investigate and analyze data, including integrations with internal/external platforms.

  • Adhere to release management guidelines and suggest improvements.

  • Lead standardization reviews for operational excellence.

  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance, data governance, and standard procedures.

  • Support multiple product offerings and lead team onboarding/cross-training.




Minimum Job Qualifications



Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience



Critical Skills:





  • Advancedexperience with JIRA/Confluence


  • Advanced experience with GITHUB and Toad DataPoint and/or Toad


  • Experience with complex SQL querying


  • 7+ years' experience designing, building, and implementing business solutions using information technology


  • Considerable experience in business analysis, data analysis, requirements definition and deployment of business requirements to information systems





Business Experience:





  • 5+ years strategic partner collaboration experience


  • 5+ years evaluating business needs and creating solutions, from simple to complex


  • Collaborative, customer focused skills, with proven ability to proactively create value-based solutions


  • Extensive experience managing key relationships and strategic partnerships







Specialized Knowledge/Skills:





  • Strong communication skills: ability to connect to people at all levels and translate simple to complex technical information


  • Enthusiastic, self-starter with confident, high-energy approach to business challenges


  • Ability to problem solve & negotiate


  • Ability to debate strategy & make decisions


  • Strong technical knowledge of products including the platforms and rules engines used to operate our solutions


  • Project management knowledge and tool management





Education/Training:





  • Degree or equivalent healthcare experience

Our Base Pay Range for this position



$90,000 - $150,000
