Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Architect to join the firm as part of our Data Centers team. Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Our ideal team member is passionate and progressively seeking more responsibilities to expand their expertise.



Responsibilities

  • Assisting on full life cycle projects
  • Generating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project
  • Translating concepts and information into images
  • Participating in the process of exploring and completing usable construction document detailing solutions
  • Assisting with contract administration responsibilities
  • Coordinating with a variety of consultants


Qualifications

  • Professional, NAAB accredited degree in Architecture or equivalent is required
  • 4+ years of experience in commercial architecture preferred
  • Display strengths in master planning, conceptual design, technical excellence, and detailing
  • Revit proficiency strongly preferred; experience with other 3D software is a plus
  • Professional registration or anticipation of registration
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexible attitude
  • Ability to collaborate in a diverse project team environment
  • Confident presentation ability
  • Candidates should be familiar with coordinating project deliverables and clients
  • Experience preparing all stages of design documentation, performing construction administration, and consultant coordination are required
