Candidate Profile:

This role will partner closely with population health leadership and training team members to support daily activities that will assist in the development and implementation of standards for the Population Health training team. Ideally the candidate would possess knowledge in the healthcare services industry or similar. Organization skills are a must. Most critically, this position requires someone who possesses great social skills, flexibility, adaptability, a positive attitude, fierce work ethic, ability and desire to learn quickly, and the ability to take direction and execute while also thinking outside of the box. Must be able to work independently on assignments while simultaneously engaging as a collegiate and collaborative part of a larger departmental team.

Responsibilities:

Create, Maintain & Own:

  • Training Materials and Updates
  • Population Health Operational Manual

    • Create knowledge checks for the adoption/training team

    • Onboarding manual

    • Population Health Training FAQ's

    • Quick Reference Guide for troubleshooting

    • Own Provider Portal updates

    • Usage and Adoption reporting



Deep knowledge of Population Health team, tool & cross-matrix teams

Investigating data issues being the liaison between end users and data teams

Ticket monitoring, support & reporting

Create pertinent communications as needed

Maintain a training tracker list and calendar of all trainings

Create, maintain and update a confidential SharePoint for materials, distribution lists, team structure, & manualsTop of FormTop of FormTop of FormTop of Form

Create and perform new functionality testing and report results

Position will be cross trained as a training specialist and will be expected to deliver end user training as needed

  • Bachelors or Associate's Degree required

  • Experience in healthcare industry

  • Team player with proven ability to foster and manage working relationships within a matrix environment to obtain buy-in and drive results.

  • Experience with streamlining processes to increase overall productivity

  • Creative thinker with ability to think outside the box and translate ideas into actions

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Active listening skills

  • Excellent oral and communication skills. Attention to detail and quality

  • Demonstrated ability to drive results with sense of urgency in a rapidly changing environment

  • Intermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)

  • Advanced skills using project scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project)


  • Occasional Travel may be required Bottom of Form

  • Hybrid Role 50% of time in office
