Responsibilities
Serve as the project manager for large scale IT Initiatives that will impact the entire bank and/or district, draft project charter, project plan, and communication plan. Manage stakeholder expectations and engagements. Manage project risk and mitigation plan. Provide project status reports in a frequent cadence.
Oversee a variety of projects simultaneously while managing shifting priorities
Partner with division and department leaders and partners to ensure the smooth execution of IT operational changes related to PC, mobile, IT infrastructure, tooling, etc.
Maintain all process documentation related to governance frameworks following department procedures. Identify and determine process deliverables and artifacts to become established department/division standards.
Manage the IT PMO function, set up expectation, standards, strategies for the IT PMO function. Ensure strategic alignment with IT division and the bank.
People leader for 2-3 junior and senior level project managers. Provide coaching and mentoring to the team members. Perform performance reviews for direct reports.
Provide consultation and guidance to other Federal Reserve System (FRS) project managers and offer input on hiring, staffing, scheduling, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and training needs for project teams

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with major or specialized courses in Computer Science or Management Information Systems, Business Administration or commensurate experience
10 years of project management experience and a combination of the following:
Experience with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Project Server, JIRA, Confluence, or Atlassian suite
Experience with software development and product cycles, including Scrum and Agile development techniques, such as release planning and tracking
Experience supporting IT Governance in an organization.
Process and assess complex procedures. Excellent problem solving skills at the project and program level
Excellent leadership, relationship-building, interpersonal savvy, critical thinking and communication skills
PMP Certification or equivalent certification.
Experience with Cloud technologies preferred

Salary: $121,500-158,000
