A Day in the Life
• \tLeads cross functional global teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for key commercial projects including product launches.
• \tOversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
• \tReviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• \tMonitors the project from initiation through delivery.
• \tAssesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• \tDevelops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
• \tCultivate a broad understanding of Medtronic's Surgical Robotics and Instrumentation, leveraging this knowledge to drive project success.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, timelines, and risk management strategies.

Coordinate project activities and deliverables across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives and priorities.

Monitor project progress and performance, proactively identifying and mitigating any issues or risks that may arise.

Product Rollouts:

Lead the planning and execution of commercial product launches, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure key commercial deliverables are met to achieve product launch requirements.

Collaborate with Cross functional teams to ensure full alignment to service strategies to implement changes in the field.

Provide support to the commercial teams during product rollout phases, ensuring smooth transition and customer satisfaction.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$112,000.00 - $168,000.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
