Location: DRAPER, UT - fully onsite.



Are you passionate about technology and eager to make a difference in a fast-paced enterprise environment? We're looking for a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team and provide top-notch support to our global clients.


What You'll Bring:



  • Experience: At least 2 years in technical support within an enterprise setting, with a preference for phone support experience.


  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in troubleshooting and supporting:

    • Microsoft Windows (Windows 7, 10)

    • Networking (LAN, WAN), corporate enterprise domain infrastructure

    • Windows desktop and server operating systems

    • Microsoft Active Directory and Outlook




  • Office Savvy: Solid understanding of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


  • Virtualization Knowledge: Basic understanding of Citrix, VMware, VDI, and other virtualization technologies.


  • Mobile Mastery: Capable of troubleshooting mobile OS applications (iOS/Android).


  • Team Spirit: Collaborative, self-motivated, and a quick learner.


  • Communication Skills: Excellent English proficiency and strong communication abilities.


  • Customer Focus: Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to ownership throughout the resolution process.


  • Flexibility: Willingness to work any 24x7 shift as needed to support business continuity or other critical events.


  • Language Support: For our Asia language support team, working hours will align with the region of support based on the language spoken.


  • Preferred Qualifications:



    • Advanced Experience: 3-5 years in technical support within an enterprise environment.


    • Global Perspective: Experience in a multicultural, global environment.


    • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written skills in Japanese, Mandarin, or Korean for our Asia language support team.


    • Microsoft Exchange: Experience with Microsoft Exchange in an enterprise setting.


    • Office Expertise: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and other Office products.


    • SharePoint Skills: Experience supporting Microsoft SharePoint.


    • Mac Knowledge: Proficiency in supporting Macs and OSX.


    • Unix Command Line: Comfortable with Unix command line operations.


    • Voice Systems: Experience with enterprise voice systems like Cisco Call Manager, Avaya PBX, Avaya Meeting Exchange, or other voice infrastructure.


    • Education:



      • Required: High school diploma


      • Preferred: College degree
