Job Description:

Location: Providence, RI

Salary: $40.00 USD Hourly - $50.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Contracts Manager


The Judge group is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Manager to oversee the review and modification of software license agreements.


Inventory Management:


Collaborate with organization to gather and organize an inventory of all relevant contract artifacts.


Guidance and Facilitation:


Utilize guidance from Procurement team to proactively facilitate clarification discussions between the contractor and Procurement.


Contract Review:


Thoroughly review all contract artifacts, highlighting sections that require action such as shared contracts, name changes, or contract splits.


Provide detailed recommendations on necessary actions.


Present results to Procurement team to agree on the actions to be taken.


Act as the primary point of contact to communicate and execute changes with vendors and suppliers.


Ensure organization signs and executes the final changes to the contracts.


Job Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.


Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, specifically with software license agreements.


Strong understanding of contract law and procurement processes.


Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.


Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
