Boulder Post Acute is Hiring for Human Resources (HR)!

What to Expect:



  • Onboarding: Manage the staffing process, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.


  • Employee Relations: Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution.


  • Training and Development: Help oversee current d evelop training materials and performance management programs to help employees understand their job responsibilities.


  • Compliance: Ensure the organization's compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.


  • Performance Management: Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team.


  • HR Systems: Maintain HR systems and processes, including employee records and organizational charts.


  • Payroll: Ensure accurate and timely entry of all payroll information. Provide reports to support departments as necessary.


  • Accounts Payable: Organizing and tracking all accounts payable, specifically ensuring the payment of all bills, and itemizing the monthly credit card statement.


  • Policy: Assist the Administrator/DSD/DON/ in administering policies and implementing facility orientation.

Successful Candidates:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Two years of college education preferred .

  • 2 years of experience within an HR department.

  • Experience within a Heathcare environment preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
