As a Vice President of Business Development, you will be a strategic leader responsible for driving revenue growth, fostering client relationships, and aligning commercial operations with the division's strategic objectives. This high-impact role oversees the Sales, Business Development, Project Management, Customer Service, and Marketing functions to achieve revenue and market share targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure operational alignment. A core focus of this position is rebuilding trust with existing clients and forging new relationships, which will be instrumental in supporting the division’s expansion and market positioning. Experience in the Personal Care industry is required.

How will you contribute:



  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence and meet revenue targets.


  • Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships that support division goals.


  • Client Relationship Management: Rebuild relationships with former clients and maintain strong, long-term connections with key accounts.


  • Promoting Company Culture: Cultivate a culture of teamwork, learning, and collaboration, embracing the founder’s philosophy, "Together We Grow."


  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve challenges to support client satisfaction and business growth.


  • Pricing Strategy: Collaborate with Operations and Finance to create customer-specific pricing that meets profitability goals.


  • Operations Collaboration: Align sales efforts with Operations for smooth, efficient delivery.


  • Talent Management: Work with HR to attract, develop, and retain top talent in the Sales team.


  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed on industry trends to drive strategic decisions.


  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a mindset of innovation and performance improvement within the team.


  • General Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Corporate General Manager and/or Board.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):



  • Sales Growth: Attain a 20% annual sales increase over the next three years.


  • Client Retention: Maintain a 90% client retention rate and re-engage at least 5 lost customers quarterly.


  • New Business Development: Secure 3-5 new partnerships or clients per quarter.


  • Team Performance: Achieve 90% of quarterly sales targets with monthly performance reviews for team members.


  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a satisfaction score of 85% or higher.


  • Budget Management: Manage sales and marketing budget with minimal variance.


  • Profit Margin: Maintain a minimum gross profit margin of 18% for the division.

Supervisory Responsibilities:


  • Lead and mentor the Sales team, setting clear goals and providing regular feedback.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and prioritize employee well-being.

  • Involve in hiring, training, and disciplinary actions as needed to build a strong team.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing leadership in the Personal Care industry.

  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability.

  • Strong relationship-building skills, with experience in client re-engagement.

  • Ability to lead and inspire a team, with a focus on high performance.

  • Knowledge of pricing strategy development and market trends within the Personal Care sector.

  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools, with experience in budgeting and sales forecasting.

This position is currently classified as on-site.

Base Salary Range: $190,000 - $245,000 per year, based on candidate professional experience level. Employees are eligible to participate in Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Holidays, Vacation, Tuition Reimbursement Program.

The final salary offered for this position may take into account a number of factors including, but not limited to, location, skills, education, and experience.
