Genesis Products is seeking a self-motivated, reliable, and organized individual to join our team as Inside Sales/Customer Service. The position requires consistently focused work, computer skills, the ability to learn custom software, and the ability to build relationships with new and existing customers. Individuals must demonstrate a professional, positive attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
Fills orders using internal ERP System, communicate expected delivery date, and backorders.
Understand customer needs and requirements, field customer questions and concerns.
Support Outside Sales Rep
Communicate with various departments to troubleshoot, report, and track problems to insure on-time delivery.
Meet and exceed established daily, weekly, and monthly customer metrics and other productivity goals successfully.
Utilization of tools to identify and implement action plans to address gaps in metrics / Customer service levels.
All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Proven inside sales experience
Strong written and verbal skills in responding to client needs with a positive and professional manner.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills; Excellent listening skills
Possess people skills, data entry skills, and remain customer focused.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience in customer service preferred.
