Position Summary
As a member of the Operations team, the Property Manager will lead a team to ensure the
condition of each property is in line with company standards. The Property Manager will assist
with inspections as needed. The Property Manager will primarily focus on schedule creation,
project management, communication, and leading a strong and effective team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee residential rental properties.
Inspect units for damage, maintenance issues, and cleanliness.
Manage the day-to-day repairs, ongoing maintenance, and upkeep of properties.
Interview and recruit to fill staffing needs.
Create employee shift schedules.
Create and monitor and complete daily task schedules for the team, cleaners, vendors,
etc.
Facilitate communication between operations and front office to be updating
guests/owners as necessary.
Provide detailed communication and documentation of issues to other departments.
Conduct meetings with team members, vendors, and owners.
Warehouse organization and tracking- laundry and unit inventory.
Non-Essential Job Functions
Remain available and responsive across all platforms throughout the workday (Teams,
Breezeway, Track)
Hold the team accountable by providing coaching and constructive feedback as needed.
Develop the team by challenging them and guiding them to achieve personal goals.
Collaborate with team members from all levels of the company.
