The primary responsibility of the Project Manager/Developer is to serve as a resource to Project Managers throughout the estimation process. The Service Estimator will be expected to research parts, source quotes from outside contractors, and any other items deemed necessary to finalize estimates for customer approval. The Project Manager/Developer will work closely with Project Managers and report directly to the Operations Manager.
The Project Manager/Developer is responsible for managing all requirements of his/her work orders to successfully achieve the set objectives. This includes working closely with Project Development to generate comprehensive estimates and working closely with the Service Scheduler and Department Managers to ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner. Regular contact with members regarding work order status is critical. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.
