Subsequently, we have expanded beyond the leasing, retail and commercial financing of a traditional captive-finance company offering a broad variety of products tailored for the BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce customer. Be a part of our exciting growth by expressing an interest in our Lease Loyalty Advocate position located in Columbus, OH.
As a Lease Loyalty Advocate, you are responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls for Lease End and OwnersChoice accounts that are 180 to -8 days from their contractual maturity date. Your interaction with consumers focuses on end of term options and obligations, available loyalty programs, and providing premium customer service. You maintain consistent and proactive consumer communication to ensure the customer is properly educated on lease end obligations and replacement vehicle opportunities. While advising lease-end consumers on their best options and programs, you consider things like, dealer contact, current vehicle mileage, wear and use, disposition fee account status, and the customer's end of contract needs.
As a Lease Loyalty Advocate your shifts will vary between the hours of 9AM - 9PM on Monday - Thursday and 9AM - 6PM on Friday. Some evenings through the week will be required. During the initial training period, you will be onsite with your colleagues and trainer.
Relocation is not available for this position.
This is a hybrid role that requires regular attendance in the office.

The pay range for this role is: $41,600.00 - $66,800.00
