Position Title: Director, Business Systems Analyst Lead
Your role
The Director, Business Systems Analyst Lead will collaborate with senior leadership, business units, and IT to identify opportunities for system enhancements and business process improvements. This role is crucial for ensuring that business systems align with organizational goals and that projects deliver value effectively and efficiently. Additionally, the Director will lead, mentor and develop a team of business systems analysts, promoting professional growth and skill development. The ideal candidate will have strong BSA experience and will be adept at collaboration, analysis, problem-solving and communicating complex issues and solutions to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments.
What you'll do
Serve as the main point of contact between business units and IT teams.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and document financial requirements.
Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices in business analysis.
Lead cross-functional teams and encourage collaboration.
Conduct interviews and workshops to gather detailed information.
Analyze current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, use cases, process flows, and specifications.
Work with technical teams to design and propose solutions that meet business requirements.
Ensure that proposed solutions align with overall business strategy and objectives.
Develop test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet specified requirements.
Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on new systems and processes.
May develop training materials and user guides.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions
Recommend enhancements and optimizations based on feedback and performance metrics.
Contribute to long-term strategic planning for technology and business process improvements.
What you'll need
Must be a citizen or green card holder with broad experience in IT service delivery, with a strong focus on Salesforce systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management methodologies.
Familiarity with business process modeling and design tools.
Experience of end-to-end implementations with integration of CPQ, ERP, eCommerce, and Partner Portals.
Should be well versed in Salesforce, CRM architecture, CPQ and ERP Architecture.
