Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required.
14/14 rotation and lodging and travel provided. 3 meals a day(breakfast, lunch, and dinner), gym, cafeteria, laundry room, parking space for personal vehicle. Transportation: if flying in there's transportation from the Midland, TX airport to the lodging and from the lodging back to the Midland airport.
RESPONSIBILITIES
EPA License/certified
Must be a motivated individual who takes pride in a job well done and ensures that all cleaning is carried out with a high level of safety and efficiency
HVAC Certified and preferred education in HVAC
Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management and problem solving skills
Professional verbal and written communications
This position requires the incumbent to work at heights, use hazardous chemicals and materials, undertake lifting of at least 50 pounds and other physically demanding tasks
Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment Identifying maintenance risks on equipment Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
Providing technical direction and on-the-job training
Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions
Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
Assure compliance with all fire and safety codes and regulations and to make precautionary repairs.
Ability to read and interpret building and site plans
Ability to be on-call for responding to after-hour emergencies
The employee must meet physical demands in order to successfully perform the essential functions of this job
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a valid U.S. Driving License
General Computer knowledge
