Performs various tasks in each of the three project phases: Design Development; Construction Documents; Construction Administration
Daily activities include problem-solving on both large projects and small consultations for project managers and other disciplines.
Provides a wide range of architectural services while maintaining a sense of urgency and prioritization of tasks.
Participates and coordinates the preparation and quality of construction documents, including drawings and specifications.
Responsible to review and rectify the design related to all applicable Codes and produce documents including Life-Safety, Egress, and General Code Compliance drawings and narratives.
Helps to coordinate multiple-discipline overlays, construction techniques, and sequences.
Effectively addresses problems and questions as they occur during construction.
Writes reports such as feasibility studies, design criteria, and material recommendations.
Assists with coordination of all aspects of other disciplines as they affect the building envelope and interior.
The candidate will follow projects through approvals and construction.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Arts in Architecture (5-year program) or Master of Architecture
Minimum 8 years of related experience
NCARB certification is preferred,
Home state professional architect registration is required.
Project management experience is preferred.
Permitting experience is preferred.
Working knowledge with the latest releases of architectural software:
