The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:


  • At least 1 year of similar Food and Beverage management experience
  • Have a strong beverage background
  • Previous union experience

What will I be doing?

The Beverage and Lounge General Managerat Hilton San Francisco Union Squaredirects and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.

• Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation to including implementingeffective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs.

• Ensures compliance with health, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.

• Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.

• Participates in the creation and planning of menu designs to attract clientele.

• Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules, and evaluates staff and ensure compliance with all HHC policies and procedures.

• Regularly review, evaluate, and respond to customer feedback and trouble shoot areas that require service recovery if applicable.

Salary Range for the role is $100,000 - $110,000 dependent on experience
