The Senior Corporate Paralegal is responsible for providing legal support on a variety of tasks, focusing on corporate matters, including, but not limited to: factual and legal research and analysis, drafting and editing routine correspondence, as well as routine legal documents, entity formation and corporate governance documents, compiling information, handling document review projects, and preparing other documentation, statistics, charts, or graphs, as needed.


The Senior Corporate Paralegal performs an extensive amount of transactional work, such as reviewing, drafting, organizing, and summarizing agreements, resolutions, and other legal documents, as required by attorneys. Candidates must have experience with preparation and filing of securities filings, including Form D, Blue Sky and EDGAR filings.


Qualifications:
Associates and/or Bachelor's degree in any field preferred; at least 8 years of corporate paralegal experience required.
Relevant expertise in a legal or corporate environment.
Must possess superior digital proficiency with MS Office software with a commitment to technological growth.
Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion and accept responsibility for producing work that is consistently complete, timely, effective, and accurate.
