We are hiring for Service Coordintor to join our growing team! Manufaucting / Industrial / Dispatching office support experience is a HUGE plus.
Job Duties:
Oversee service work orders from initiation to completion, including setup, tracking, material ordering, partner management, warranty handling, closeout, and invoicing.
Manage small customer projects using project management tools and best practices to ensure timely execution.
Maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service.
Handle emergency work orders and off-hours projects on a rotating on-call basis.
Coordinate with labor partners for service and warranty work scheduling.
Ensure all partners meet scope, budget, and timeline expectations.
Assess service quality, identify improvements, and communicate with internal teams.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent project and service quality.
Contribute ideas to improve department processes.
Report data and status updates through Oracle, Smartsheet, Salesforce, and customer portals.
Develop expertise in relevant areas to support service operations.
Requirements:
1-3 years of service coordination experience, including invoicing, work order management, and vendor communication.
Experience managing vendor and customer relationships.
Knowledge of lighting, electrical, or LED project management is a plus.
Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel required; certifications a plus).
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Flexible and able to handle last-minute requests.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Additional Info:
Pay range: $55,000 to $58,000 (depending on years of experience) + 10% companywide bonus
Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm
