Salary Range: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 Salary

Structural Engineer - Design

Urban Engineers is seeking qualified individuals in New York to join the Design Services Department as our Structural Engineer - Design. This position will be supporting upcoming projects in the New York area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare structural design deliverables
• Work with marketing team for the pursuit of structural design opportunities
• Build client relationships and subconsultant partnerships
• Manage deliverables to preset timelines

Requirements :

• Ten (10) years of building and/or transportation Structural design experience
• Ten (10) years of experience with structural design building codes
• Knowledge of relevant structural design modeling software
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team environment required
• BS in Structural Engineering required
• Professional Engineering license in NY required
• MS in Structural Engineering preferred
• Professional Engineering license in NJ preferred
• Extensive communication experience required
