Salary Range: $175,000.00 - $275,000.00 Salary

MEP Design Leader

Urban Engineers is seeking qualified individuals in Manhattan, New York to join our NY Office as an MEP Design Leader. This position will be supporting upcoming projects in the New York area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare MEP design deliverables; manage MEP design staff
• Work with marketing team for the pursuit of MEP design opportunities; prepare proposals
• Build client relationships and subconsultant partnerships
• Recruit and hire MEP design personnel, as needed
• Manage deliverables to preset timelines

Requirements :

• Ten (10) years of building and/or transportation infrastructure design experience
• Ten (10) years of experience with MEP design building codes
• Knowledge of relevant MEP design modeling software
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team environment required
• BS in Mechanical Engineering required
• Professional Engineering license in NY required
• MS in Mechanical Engineering preferred
• Professional Engineering license in NJ preferred
• Extensive communication experience required
