Job Description:
SUNY Schenectady County Community College is seeking a full-time Student Success Coach in their College in the High School Office. Reporting to the Project Director, the Student Success Coach is a full-time grant-funded position, responsible for proactive outreach and supportive intervention to Dual Enrollment Students. The Student Success Coach is responsible for promoting a positive and successful learning experience for students both on-campus and at Schenectady High School in an effort to increase student retention, success and completion. This position is subject to renewal based upon performance evaluation and continued availability of federal funds. The incumbent does have supervisory responsibility over students.
