The Credentialing Coordinator coordinates, monitors, and maintains the credentialing, recredentialing, and privileging process for all health care providers who provide direct patient care at Vancouver Clinic (VC).
Schedule: Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm. Will train on site until competencies are met. (WA and OR residents only).
Hiring range: $26.70/hr to $35/hr, actual rate commensurate with experience and professional certification.
Facilitates all aspects of credentialing and privileging at hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, patient care facilities, and health plans. Enters and maintains accurate and up-to-date data for each health care provider in credentialing databases of the Vancouver Clinic. Tracks licenses and certifications of all providers to ensure timely renewals. Assists in compliance with regulatory agency requirements, including but not limited to, National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Joint Commission, and the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) in regards to credentialing and privileging and maintains a working knowledge of the laws and regulations of these entities.

PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked. Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
