Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis

Must have solid communication, technology and analytical skills, with knowledge of all aspects of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and international financial reporting standards (IFRS). The ideal candidate will be process-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities, including one-off projects. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to strategic financial decisions, and drive continuous improvement within the organization.

Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting relevant information for internal and external users across the organization. Will contribute to developing and maintaining short- and long-term business plan modeling, financial reporting for both Fee-For-Service and Value-Based Care, budgeting, pro-formas, and special projects to support strategic financial decisions.

Hiring Range: $106,000/yr to $144,529.00/yr, actual rate commensurate with experience and professional certification.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:


  • Results oriented, passion for change implementation and management. Work comfortably in a fast-paced and evolving environment, self-motivated and proactive.

  • Skilled in written and verbal communication. Effective at presenting complex information to groups.

  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and application, and tax rules and practices.

  • Skilled in review of contracts and terms and their application to business model.

  • Ability to perform basic and complex mathematical calculations.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and operate effectively under pressure.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to shift work load as needed to accommodate organizational priorities.

  • Highly skilled in technology and possess exceptional computer skills.

  • Strong ability to analyze data and create reports.

  • Advanced Excel skills required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required. CPA/Masters strongly preferred.

  • Budget and financial project management experience required in a large, complex business with over 60 departments and $300 million in revenue.

  • 5+ years of management experience preferred.

  • 7+ years of Healthcare experience is strongly preferred.

Pay Range:
$105,112.00 - $157,668.00

Benefits-eligible employees accrue PTO and Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked, totaling 120 hours in the first year for full time staff and 200 hours in the first year for full time supervisors and above, increasing in subsequent years. PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked. Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
