Your impact as a Fixed Site Recruitment Supervisor is vital. You will s upport Vitalant's life-saving mission by supervising and supporting Donor Recruitment and Tele-recruitment in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment goals.

• Responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily Fixed Site Recruitment Coordinator (FSRC) and fixed site Donor Relation Specialist (DRS) activities


• Completes call quality monitoring and provides appropriate feedback and direction to
  Staff Members.


• Oversees rebooking and on-site conversion programs, coaches Donor Relation
  Specialist as needed to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.


• Hires, supervises, trains, and evaluates performance of assigned personnel. Identifies
  and effectively resolves personnel issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience in related field


• Valid in-state drivers license


• Three years of related experience required


• One year of supervisory experience preferred
