RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Intelligence Project Manager 2 in Redmond, WA.

Summary:
The Responsible Business Practices Team manages human rights inquiries and compliance, ensures supply chain integrity, develops SharePoint sites, and handles ESG reporting, and integrates both workstreams into a unified team, developing a single SharePoint site and managing stakeholder engagement and reporting tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Merging Workstreams: Assisting in merging the Human Rights and Supply Chain Integrity workstreams into one cohesive unit, including developing a unified SharePoint site

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Responding to inquiries related to human rights, supply chain work, and ESG reporting, and maintaining AI chatbots for these inquiries

  • Project Management: Managing the end-to-end process of the annual Supply Chain Integrity Statement, including developing workback plans, identifying stakeholders, collecting data, and inputting it into the narrative

  • ESG Reporting: Assisting with responding to ESG assessments and surveys, collecting data points, and ensuring timely responses.

  • Human Rights Assessments: Supporting ongoing human rights assessments and saliency assessments, including project management and stakeholder coordination

  • Human Rights Advisory Council: Coordinating logistics and stakeholder engagement for the Human Rights Advisory Council

Percentage of Tasks:

  • 30% - Project Management: Managing the end-to-end process of various projects, including the annual Supply Chain Integrity Statement and human rights assessments

  • 25% - Stakeholder Engagement: Responding to inquiries related to human rights, supply chain work, and ESG reporting, and maintaining AI chatbots

  • 20% - SharePoint Management: Developing and maintaining SharePoint sites for the merged workstreams

  • 15% - Data Collection and Reporting: Collecting data for ESG assessments and other reporting requirements







REQUIREMENTS:



  • PM degree is required to be eligible for this role

  • 2-4 overall years of experience in the Program/Project management field

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience with Proficiency in SharePoint

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience with Excel

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience with Power BI

  • Disqualifiers: Candidates who do not have experience with stakeholders' engagement and/or are not familiar with SharePoint will not be eligible for the role

  • The ideal resume would contain demonstrated experience/familiarity with human rights, supply chain, or ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) concepts; Someone with experience in the corporate supply chain or human rights policy, and has familiarity with AI tools like Copilot

  • Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work and meeting deadlines; The ability to work independently is very important






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
