We are seeking a Customer Service Representative dedicated to delivering exceptional support for our beverage manufacturing clients. This role will focus on achieving outstanding customer satisfaction throughout the order-to-invoice process, with key responsibilities including:
Processing customer orders and modifications accurately and efficiently
Communicating shipment details and providing timely updates
Maintaining inventory records and resolving any discrepancies
Addressing and resolving invoice-related issues
Managing graphic changes as requested by customers
Handling quality complaints and coordinating solutions across various communication channels
This position requires a proactive approach to customer service and strong communication skills across multiple platforms and is 100% on-site with hours of 8am-5pm, M-F.

Ensure customer satisfaction by fostering good customer relations and meeting on-time, complete shipping requirements
Develop in-depth product knowledge to answer customer questions accurate
Respond promptly to customer inquiries across multiple communication channels
Process orders, forms, applications, and customer requests efficiently
Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance customer service
Maintain accurate finished goods inventory and perform precise order entry
Schedule and coordinate shipments effectively

Experience: 2+ years in manufacturing-related customer service (5+ years preferred)
Education: High School diploma required; some college or equivalent experience preferred
Skills:
High-energy, motivated, and determined personality
Quick learner of products and customer needs
Strong computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving (orders, change orders, customer issues)
Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
Team player with effective collaboration skills
Language: Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus (not required)
