About the Role:
CrowdStrike Marketing IT team is in process of re-architecting the entire Marketing technology stack by moving all our digital properties including corporate website on to Adobe CMS platform. Team is also engaged in revamping CDP (Customer Data Platform) architecture as well as DAM (Digital Asset Management) implementation.
As part of the Marketing IT team you will be a key leader responsible for optimizing current technology investments and integrating new applications that will bolster marketing team’s efficacy across different audiences, functions & tools. This role is pivotal in aligning marketing strategies with technology solutions.
This individual bridges gap between Marketing & IT, ensuring that marketing teams leverage the best tools and technologies available. This role has supervisory responsibilities with team members located on-shore and off-shore.
What You'll Do:
  • Create and implement a comprehensive technology strategy, both short and long-term, that articulates a clear and compelling vision for our digital platforms, enhances the internal user experience, grows external user engagement, and modernizes our capabilities and in-house talent.

  • Strategic planning & leadership

  • Advance the maturity of marketing platforms and tools, including DAM, CMS, CDP, email marketing systems, and analytics tools to deliver on the strategic goals for Marketing IT & Crowdstrike.

  • Cultivate and lead a collaborative relationship with other parts of IT organization to ensure proper exploration, implementation, development, and maintenance of supporting marketing technologies.

  • Develop, track, and execute a product roadmap for evolving the marketing technology stack

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across the company to foster productive relationships, improve communication, and inform the development of systems and resources.

  • Ensure consistent tracking, measurement, and reporting of campaign performance

  • Lead and manage the marketing technology team, including web developers, business system analysts, system administrators and QA.

  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, promoting professional growth.

  • Develop hands-on expertise in the systems and tools to manage the people and work with precision and expertise.

  • Stay updated on emerging marketing technologies and trends, recommending new tools and platforms as necessary

  • Lead RFP processes for selecting new marketing technologies and platforms

  • Vendor & Budget Management

  • Manage relationships with technology vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring the company gets the best value


  • What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field or a combination of education and equivalent experience

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing technology, digital marketing, or IT with a focus on marketing platforms and tools

  • 5+ years of experience of managing, leading, mentoring & growing global technology team

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM Site, AEM Assets, Analytics, Target, Launch, Multi Site Manager, CDP etc.)

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Adobe Document Cloud will be added plus

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects from conception to completion

  • Experience assessing value-effort-timelines tradeoff & make prioritization decisions

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to details

  • Proven track record of implementing new marketing technologies and achieving measurable business results

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technology concepts to non-technical stakeholder

  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM)
