TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Analyst II located in Middleton, TN.
Responsible for supporting and troubleshooting day-to-day technology issues within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate needs excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills, along with patience, a customer-friendly attitude and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Installation of PC hardware.
Install, configure, and manage software.
Maintain hardware inventory.
Assist with e-waste recycling process.
Assist in keeping documentation current.
Assist with deployment of new hardware and software upgrades.
Work off-hours as needed for projects and to keep production going.
Assist with and lead IT projects
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Associates Degree in Computer Science or comparable Technical Training.
Certification as IT Technician a plus.
Minimum of 5 years work experience in an IT field.
Strong drive to give top-notch customer support.
Hands on experience with diverse computer systems and networks.
Must have ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
Possess strong attention to detail, communication skills and follow-through.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Proficient with current Microsoft OS's and Office products, preferred
Knowledge of networking and wireless, preferred
