We’re searching for a Chicago or Charleston based Sales Engineer to join our Sales team, so that we can increase our chances of winning perspective clients. The Sales Engineer will support our Provider Lifecycle Management pillar by providing tailored presentations to prospects so they can see and understand how our product will operate within their organization.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
Provide deep product knowledge to support pre-sales activities
Create custom figurations in the software to align the demo scripts provided by prospects as part of the bidding process
Maintain and updates sales demo environments to ensure demos reflect new product features as well as industry trends and challenges
Assist in the development of technical proposals, technical questionnaires, RFP responses in order to increase our chances of winning opportunities
Provide feedback and insights with the product team in order to enhance our products to better fit client’s needs
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
Expertise in Provider Lifecycle Management solutions (ex: credentialing, payer enrollment, provider contract management) as well as knowledge of cloud-based solutions
Proven success in thinking creatively to solve a variety of problems
Knowledge on how to configure software to ensure demo is aligned to customer needs
Ability to commute to either our Chicago or Charleston office a few days a week
Sincere interest in staying up to date on Provider Lifecycle Management trends and challenges
A knack for working collaboratively within a customer-focused environment
Able to travel domestically to meet with perspective clients 15% of the time
