#LI-DNIYou will oversee the preparation and review of
basic documents or other definitions and procedures in terms of Material
Management and coordination with the functional units involved throughout the
life cycle of the projectYou will head the material management team on site and co-ordinate with the Company's and Contractor's various discipline team members to resolve site material-related issuesIdentify, monitor and control all delivered quantities, control warehouses and yard areas for material storage and handling, and reviewing Material Receiving and Control Report (MRCR) as well as supporting the preparation and maintenance of preservation check records, including the Preservation LogAdditionally, you will witness overage, shortage and deviation in bulk materials or equipment during incoming inspection by verifying those with the respective packing list of consignment and prepare the OSD report based on the findings observed during incoming material inspection and maintain Overage / Shortage / Deviation (OSD) Audit material storage and preservation methods of construction contractors and participate in internal audits and gate reviews in LE offices and at construction sitesYou will prepare and issue the monthly, weekly, and final quality status reports through Activity and Document Matrix- Construction Material ManagementReceipt and recording of incoming materials, handling, storage and preservation of all materials/equipment as per applicable project specification and Vendor preservation manualFurther, you will administrate the Construction Management System (CMS) and train contractor in use of CMSMoreover, you will systematically analyze the actual conditions for continuous improvement of material management and recording of identified errorsYou will review and approve the contractor's documents relevant to material management for the project
