POSITION SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a Support Engineer to join their team for a remote role.

(Saturday and Sunday work may be required so flexibility is required).



Responsibilities

  • Handle support cases for SCCM product for premier customers.
  • Contribute to solving customer support cases for SCCM product for our premier customers
  • Handle 1-2 support cases per day for premier customers related to SCCM product issues.
  • Help team with knowledge sharing.


Qualifications

  • Must have 2-5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years experience with SCCM
  • Must ahve expereince with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, including System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for on-premises/hybrid device management and Intune for cloud-based management, to ensure unified security and compliance across environments
  • Minimum 2 years experience with Customer Service.
  • Minimum 2 years experience with Windows.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, both spoken and written English.
  • Advanced skills in troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration.

  • A competitive pay range of $35 - $39/hr (depending on experience).
  • 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
