Our client is seeking a Clinical Systems Support Specialisti n Miami, FL.
Role Description
• Phone support on provider support line
• Provides on-site provider support 4 days a week
• Rounds at the hospital to provide provider support
• Attends hospital huddles
• Partners with the onsite SRM
• Participates in rotational on call
• Understanding of and support for provider data management workflows
• Assist providers with mobile application support and installation for provider used applications, e.g., PowerChart Touch, Fetalink Plus, DMO, Tier 1 support for Careaware, tiger connect
• Assist with go live support for clinical applications as needed
• Partners with Clinical Informatics to understand physician workflows at a Tier-1 support level and refer appropriate Provider support needs to Clinical Informatics.
• Performs provider onboarding support
• Provides basic how to support for Cerner Millennium applications, e.g., PowerChart, FirstNet, BedRock
• Tier 1-1.5 support of physicians at South Miami Hospital.
• Intake of Tickets and Documenting in ServiceNow
Skills & Requirements
• 5+ years of in-person end user, concierge-style support experience
• Must possess experience supporting Cerner Millennium applications and modules
• Proven experience providing mobile application support inclusive of installation and provisioning
• Prior experience with ServiceNow preferred
• Prior experience with Nuance Dragon preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
